1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before?
I passed my ”Effectieve bedrijfscorrespondentie Nederland”-exam, I made dreads (during which my hairdryer exploded!) , I went for a very long walk and wrote like crazy (and won!) Oh, and salsadancing of course!

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Didn´t make any, won´t be making any.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
No, but two friends are pregnant right now

4. Did anyone close to you die?
Poek, my almost 19 year old cat died.

5. What countries did you visit?
I stayed home this year, but stay tuned for travels next year ;-)

6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004?
Sleep!

7. What date from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory forever?
The day my cat died

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Passing my exam and doing the Zwemvierdaagse again

9. What was your biggest failure?
There is no such thing as “failure”. I mean, I´m not Frodo ;-)

10. Did you suffer any illness or injury?
My molar caused several problems, and my scar from my mole removal got severely inflamed and so did my toe (due to severe eczema), but everything cleared up nicely eventually (both the tooth and the leg)

11. What was the best thing you bought?
My “kruikvormige hittepit in kabelcoltruihoesje”. And my Banabox

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
The random nice people I met this year

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
The random f*cking idiots I met this year

14. Where did most of your money go?
Necessities, unfortunately

15. What thing did you get really, really, really excited about?
Finally getting my examination at the Sleep Center.

I´m still not over Buffy

I turned 29 and didn´t celebrate, I did get gifts though

I don´t know about “immeasurably more satisfying”, but I´d be glad if those swimming lessons would finally happen

32. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004?
The concept was “Urban Princess”. I am not sure if it worked out or not ;-)

Sane?! *looks around with paranoia in her eyes*

Still Daan I guess. Very faithful, I know ;-)

35. What political issue stirred you the most?
I still can not fathom the sheer stupidity of what is considered to be “politics” nowadays

Thankfully, nobody was gone long enough to be missed.

The Buffies!
